1. I agrees that at all times, I will behave in a proper manner so as not to bring either me, the KTF or the KTF's Associates into public disrepute. I agrees not to make, comment, issue, offer or endorse any public criticism or statement, whether written, televised or broadcast, having or designed to have a prejudicial effect on the interests, welfare or image of triathlon, duathlon or the KTF or the KTF's Associates.

2. I agree that neither the KTF nor the KTF's Associates shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap to me or my property sustained in, or arising from or out of, of in any way directly or indirectly connected with the ITU Events.

3. To enable the KTF or its Associates to promote and/or publicize events that are conducted by the KTF or to which the KTF is affiliated, I grants to the KTF and its Associates a non-exclusive royalty free license to use my Intellectual Property Rights ("License"). Neither the KTF nor its Associates may, without the permission of me, sell or assign the License to a third party or a sponsor.

The KTF or its Associates may use the License in whatever way considered beneficial to the sport including, without limitation, using the Competitor's Image through the medium of television (including dialogue) whether broadcast free-to-air or on cable television or satellite; transmitted via internet or the world wide web, cinema (including dialogue); video (including dialogue); radio; public video screens; press and materials; point of sale materials; public relations including any documentary material; billboards and outdoor advertising; merchandise material; sales contest materials; community service announcements and broadcasts.

I warrants that he/she has the capacity to grant the License and agrees to indemnify KTF and it's Associates for any and all loss (both direct and indirect) if such is not the case.

4. I shall not grant any rights to use or utilize my name, signature, photograph, likeness, reputation, image and identity or endorse any product or service in trade or commerce in such a way as to connote the sponsorship, approval or affiliation of the KTF or any events conducted by or affiliated with KTF without the prior written permission of the KTF.

5. Whitest participating in KTF Events or events sponsored by the KTF, I agrees to abide by the rules of the KTF as applicable to the relevant KTF Event.

6. I agrees and acknowledges that participation in or observation of sport could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognizes, accepts and assumes this risk and warrants to the KTF and it's Associates that I am physically fit and able to compete in the KTF Events without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. Furthermore, the Competitor releases the KTF, it's Associates, their Sponsors, Event Sponsors, Event Organizers and Officials from any liability therefrom.

I accepts that any dispute arising from regulations of the KTF, which cannot be settled by its existing appeal procedure, as set out in the KTF Manual, shall be settled finally by the CAS, to the exclusion of recourse to ordinary courts.
